Brandy's Books
I have been reading a lot lately and decided to add a book list to our blog. I have added books that I have really enjoyed. I have also created links to all the books listed. If you want to know more about a book just click on the title. I am always looking for new books and authors to read. If anyone ever has any good ideas please email me the author or title. I have been reading so much lately that Layla has taken up caring around chapter books and telling me what chapter she is on. The other night Mike told her she could go read in bed before she went to sleep. She was pretty excited and grabbed the new barbie chapter book she had just got a few days before, well she fell asleep and smashed some of the pages. I asked her the next day what had happened to her book and she just laughed and said she had slept on it. I love to see her excitement about books and reading. She is working hard and wants to be reading better by the time her birthday comes in November. She can't wait to be able to read to Spencer and McKay. Anyway, Mike bought me some new books so when I finish reading them (if they are good) I will add them to the blog.

Guess what? This month my book club is reading "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" and next month we are going to read "The Glass Castle" We just got done reading the Stephenie Meyers series...the first is called "Twilight" have you read it..if not I really liked it...Anyways we will have to keep up on books together... talk to you soon. I love "The Glass Castle." I read like a mad woman. You had a lot of books I haven't read on your list, so I'm excited to try them out. I'm always looking for a good book. Let me know if you ever need recommendations!
