New Church Clothes for Spencer

This is Spencer in his new church clothes. If you know anything about our little Spencer it's that he is very particular about what he wears to church. It is usually a polo type shirt with corduroy pants with his gym shoes. He has wore this for years and will not let me buy anything else. So, we took him to Target shopping on Saturday for his usual new shirt and pants. Well, long story short we were able to talk him into this cute button down shirt and tie, to top it off he even let me pick him out a pair of shoes. We were worried that once Sunday came he would refuse and put on the new polo shirt but to our surprise he put on his shirt and tie. He was so cute!! I have always wanted him to wear a shirt and tie it was just a battle I was not willing to fight. He also got a new haircut so he was ready to win the hearts of our ward. Everyone noticed and gave him some nice compliments. I was thrilled to see him so proud, even though I am pretty sure he will wear the polo shirt next week it was worth every penny.
