Christmas Day 2008

Good Morning McKay. We had to wake him up.
Spencer was excited about everything he opened. It's always fun to see Mike just as excited about opening gifts as the kids.
One of Santa's elves made this new scripture tote for Layla. She got a new set of Scriptures and some scripture stickers. She told me that this bag must have been hand made by an Elf since it had her name on it. (I think I had a lot to do with the making of it:)
She had been begging for this Tinkerbell movie forever. She was thrilled!
Spencer with his Chad HSM doll. He wanted a boy HSM doll so he could play with Layla and her dolls.
McKay and his golf club set. I think Mike is trying to prep him to be his golfing partner some day.
Spencer got a bunch of these Bakugan toys. They are pretty fun.
As you can see Spencer was very excited to see the marble tower. He loves this toy, it's too bad that it is a poorly made toy, it falls over very easy and some of the parts will not stay together.
I always enjoy Christmas morning when Mike gets to put all the kids toys together. McKay loved all his Imaginex toys that he got, especially the dragon and roaring lions.

Chef Layla and her assistant McKay. Layla got an Easy Bake oven and could not wait to start cooking.

This is the only photo of me on Christmas Morning. I realized when I down loaded the photos to the computer I was not in any of them. I had a great Christmas. My sweet hubby bought me an Ipod and a few other items. He got the usual books and a new rasor.
Making the frosting for the cake she had made earlier.

Spencer and McKay trying Layla's cake. It was pretty funny since the cakes are just tiny. We all had a great Christmas. Mike has had a lot of fun playing our new Wii game system. We have enjoyed cow racing, bowling and even flying Dora's unicorn around the mountians. We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
