Blog Addict??(Family update)

OK I am going through one of my blog addiction periods. I have actually had time to spend updating since the kids have been in school this week. I have now added some music, which as you can hear are some of our kids favorite songs. This week had been pretty quiet with the kids in school. I have been babysitting a 4 month old baby and really enjoying having a small baby around. McKay is not always a fan of the baby, he only wants me when I have to feed the baby. Layla loves school and is doing very well. She has some kids in her class from last year and was really excited to be sitting by them. She loves to be friends with everyone and is just helpful. Spencer loves his teacher who was also Layla's Kindergarten teacher. He has only had two full days and is slowly adjusting to being at school for the entire day. He has a lot of great teachers working with him to help with all the transitions. He is such a sweet and love able little boy, its so hard to see him struggle and not be able to communicate what he needs. McKay is just busy being my little monster. He was sick the beginning of the week and just wanted to rock with me or was asleep. I had two McKay free days. Yesterday he was back to his old self by trying to pick up the baby, bringing sand from the sandbox into the house and piling it up on the fireplace mantel, dumping his lunch on him and the floor, bringing me the juice from the fridge with the lid off and the list goes on and on. Mike has been really busy with his business and church. The business is beginning to really pick up. He has really enjoyed being of council for the Garrett law office, they have really helped kick up more bankruptcy cases. He has really enjoyed being in the bishopric and serving people in our ward. As for myself I just try to keep up with everyone else. I am the enrichment leader in our ward. I am having fun trying to help the sisters in our ward get to know each other and to learn new skills and to share talents. I have also been reading like crazy. I am currently reading Breaking Dawn, like everyone else. It is a very interesting story so you will have to check my good reads to see what I think and what else I have read. I guess I better go finish my families dinner.
