We went to Oklahoma City for our spring break vacation. We left on Thursday and came home on Friday. It was a lot of fun. Spencer had been waiting along time to go to "Oklahoma City". Our kids thought that since it was a city there would be New York style building etc. We had to explain to them that it looks a lot like downtown Tulsa. They loved it!!
We went and showed them the Temple. They really wanted to go in and see everything, like they do in Utah at the visitor centers.
They were pretty excited to get to the hotel and try out their bed. We also went swimming.
On Friday we went to the Oklahoma City Zoo!!
Ok, I'm not sure how many of you remember these animal making wax machines. Mike and I took a walk down memory lane. We remember when we were little at the Hogle Zoo and would get these little wax animals. The Machines were just as we remembered they even made the same sounds. Our kids thought they were neat, just not as neat as we did. We ended up making three with the excuse that all the kids had to have one.

I loved catching up on your blog!! I remember the penny smashing machines...I loved those.
Hotel rooms are the best! Especially the cable movies. :)
