We had a wonderful Easter holiday. We were able to
go to church and hear about our Savior. Mike and I were asked to speak in Sacrament meeting. I told Mike that since he was in the Bishopric that we should now be exempt from speaking, but he was excited to talk. I
prepared my talk and typed it all up, I then went to church without it. I guess I was too busy dealing with our kids to remember to grab my talk. I
didn't have enough time to go home and get it so I just did the best I could without it. It ended up being one of my better talks. I really enjoyed hearing Mike speak he shared the Easter message and bore testimony of accepting callings. After church we went to have dinner with our family friends the Jensens.
We had a wonderful dinner and then a giant egg hunt for all the kids.
McKay was more interested in the dog next door than getting any eggs.
Layla was proud of her full basket.
Spencer had so many we had to get him a grocery bag.

Rob spoke, too! I didn't know Mike was in the Bishopric!! You guys are such a great family. I can't believe you had to wing your talk, Brandy. Way to go! Who sat with your kids?
